We provide junk removal, waste management, and related services in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential junk removal
• Commercial waste management
• Construction debris removal
• Dumpster rental services
• Bulk item removal
• Estate cleanout services

Our pricing is based on volume, weight, and type of materials to be removed. Additional terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and business checks
• Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials
• Weight limits apply to dumpster rentals
• Cancellation fees may apply for scheduled services

Scheduling and cancellation policies include:

• 24-hour notice required for schedule changes
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
• Weather-related rescheduling at our discretion
• Service windows are approximate

We cannot accept the following items:

• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Toxic or radioactive materials
• Biological waste
• Pressurized containers
• Certain electronics and batteries

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and adequate access to the property
• Identify and mark items for removal
• Secure any necessary permits or permissions
• Accept responsibility for incorrect item removal if not properly marked

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. However:

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
• Pre-existing damage must be documented
• We are not responsible for unavoidable damage during normal service operations

We guarantee our services will be:

• Performed professionally and safely
• Completed as described in service agreements
• Conducted by trained and insured personnel
• In compliance with local regulations

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
